Submit a preliminary claim
If you've been in an accident with no injuries involved, you can make a claim online, submit photos and usually get an estimate within 24 hours.
Or contact our Claims team at 800-929-3252. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST and Saturday - Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
Information you'll need.
If possible, please have the following available when you make your claim:
- Your policy number
- Vehicle information (e.g., year, make and model)
- Accident details
- Police report (if applicable)
- Contact/Insurance information of all parties involved
What to do if you've had an accident:
- Move your car to a safe place
- Call the police and file a report
- Get contact and insurance information from all involved drivers
- Collect contact information from witnesses
- Assess any injuries
